Before selling the house, the previous owner laid decking boards on top of an existing floor and then painted the pressure treated wood. This caused the wood to rot, mold to grow, and customer to have increased congestion and allergies. We removed all rotting wood, reinforced the substructure and upgraded decking boards to Trex.
